About the Annual
Appraisal Process

It is the policy of Crosstown Electrical & Data Inc. that supervisors will monitor and provide feedback to employees as it relates to their job performance. Each employee's performance is to be evaluated in writing on an annual basis.

The objective of the performance appraisal forms is to provide a consistent method in which to communicate feedback to employees regarding their performance, development, contributions to the association, and opportunities for improvement.

A performance appraisal is confidential and is only to be made available to the employee evaluated, the supervisor(s) involved, Human Resources, and Senior Management.

This process is in NO WAY a guarantee for continued employment and does not impact the company's at-will agreement for non-union employees. At-will means employees or Crosstown may end the employment relationship at any time with or without notice or reason.

Appraisal Duration

Employees will be evaluated on the Annual Review Form each year for the calendar year, starting January 2024 through December 2024.

The Annual Review process for 2024 will formally begin in January 2025, however, the actual process begins in January 2024 and covers the entire performance year.
